- Newsletter information: your email address and, if you provide it, your first name when you join the Healthy Zesty mailing list.
- Messages you send: information you include when you contact us by email.

The website does not currently take payments or collect credit card information.

We use information to send newsletters you requested, respond to messages, operate and secure the website, understand general site performance, comply with legal obligations, and prevent misuse. We do not sell personal information.
Email newsletters and Mailchimp
Newsletter subscriptions are processed by Mailchimp, an Intuit service. When you submit the signup form, the information you provide is sent to Mailchimp so we can manage the mailing list and send email. Mailchimp processes that information under its Global Privacy Statement. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter. After unsubscribing, limited information may be retained to honor your request and meet legal obligations.
Cookies and similar technology
WordPress and our hosting provider may use cookies that are necessary for site operation, security, and administrator login. Healthy Zesty does not currently load third-party advertising pixels or analytics scripts on ordinary page views. If this changes, this policy will be updated.
Sharing information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website and newsletter, such as our web host and Mailchimp.
