Ingredients<\/span><\/h4>\n
\u2665\u00a0<\/span>1 cup fresh blueberries (if frozen you don\u2019t need to add ice cubes)<\/h5>\n
\u2665\u00a0<\/span>\u00bd banana<\/h5>\n
\u2665\u00a0<\/span>1 cup cashew or almond milk (unsweetened or no more than 2 g sugar)<\/h5>\n
\u2665\u00a0<\/span>\u00a02 tbs. cashew butter (or almond)<\/h5>\n
\u2665\u00a0<\/span>1 tbs. chia seeds<\/h5>\n
\u2665\u00a0<\/span>1 tbs. hemp seeds<\/h5>\n
\u2665\u00a0<\/span>1 tsp. maca powder<\/h5>\n
\u2665\u00a0<\/span>1 tsp. coconut butter<\/h5>\n
\u2665\u00a0<\/span>4 ice cubes<\/h5>\n

Whip it\u00a0up<\/span><\/h4>\n
Blend all ingredients in a blender for about 30 to 60 seconds and enjoy a nutritious and satisfying breakfast!<\/h5>\n
