If you are looking for a guilt-free, healthy version of your old time favorite dessert, look no further!<\/h4>\n

We all know that even the most health-conscious of us give in to sweet temptations once in a while\u2026 And that\u2019s ok\u2026 As long as we don\u2019t overdo it or even worse, guilt trip ourselves!<\/h5>\n
But why can\u2019t we just enjoy a rich dessert without the guilt or side effects that come with one?<\/h5>\n

That\u2019s why I call these brownies GUILT-FREE!<\/h4>\n

They are completely flourless, and as you can imagine gluten-free, dairy free, low in carbs and overall calories but full of needed protein that leaves us feeling energized, satisfied and guilt-free!! What could be better that that?<\/h5>\n
Well, nothing really other than these brownies!\u263a<\/h5>\n
But don\u2019t take my word for it\u2026 give it a try! It takes less than 10 minutes to whip together but it brings on so much joy\u2026 Especially to your dear ones who will think that you are really spoiling them\u2026 My daughter was so impressed she thought I gave up the healthy eating habit all together\u2026(not sure if that\u2019s good or bad)\u263a<\/h5>\n

Ingredients:<\/span><\/h4>\n
2 eggs<\/h5>\n
1 cup cashew butter<\/h5>\n
\u00bd cup coconut sugar<\/h5>\n
1 mashed banana<\/h5>\n
3 tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder<\/h5>\n
\u00bd tsp. baking soda<\/h5>\n
\u00bc tsp. baking powder<\/h5>\n
1\/2 tsp. vanilla extract<\/h5>\n
\u00bd tsp. rum extract<\/h5>\n
\u00bc tsp. salt<\/h5>\n
1 tbs. dark chocolate chips (optional)<\/h5>\n
AND … LOVE\u263a<\/h5>\n

\u00a0How to make:<\/span><\/h4>\n
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F and line an 8×8 baking sheet with parchment paper.<\/h5>\n
Step 2: \u00a0In a bowl mix the eggs with salt and stir well. Add cashew butter, coconut sugar, mashed banana, vanilla extract, rum extract and cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder and continue to stir until a creamy mixture is obtained.<\/h5>\n
Step 3: Pour the creamy mixture into the baking sheet and bake for approx. 20 minutes.<\/h5>\n
Step 4: Allow it to cool completely before slicing.<\/h5>\n
Step 5: Enjoy a guilt-free delish and satisfy your sweet tooth and chocolate craving without the unnecessary calories and inflammatory flour!<\/strong><\/h5>\n
