This is a vegan, gluten free and soy-free breakfast in a jar that’s full of anti-oxidants, protein and energy boosting goodies that will leave you feeling ready for yet another productive day!

♥ 1 cup fresh blueberries (if frozen you don’t need to add ice cubes)
♥ ½ banana
♥ 1 cup cashew or almond milk (unsweetened or no more than 2 g sugar)
♥ 2 tbs. cashew butter (or almond)
♥ 1 tbs. chia seeds
♥ 1 tbs. hemp seeds
♥ 1 tsp. maca powder
♥ 1 tsp. coconut butter
♥ 4 ice cubes
Whip it up
Blend all ingredients in a blender for about 30 to 60 seconds and enjoy a nutritious and satisfying breakfast!
If consistency is too thick to drink, add a bit more water until it reaches desired consistency. Cheers!
